Clear objectives and constant improvements

We’re renowned for not promising more than we can achieve. We don’t take on work we can’t do. Our quality requirements are stringent and specific. We work systematically on improving our skills and processes. We carry out a quarterly Gallup survey in which we ask our customers what they think of the way in which TransFargo works.

TransFargo is a pioneer in the transport industry as regards the third-party accreditation of quality management systems. Our management system in accordance with ISO 9002:1994 was approved as early as May 1995 and this accreditation covered all TransFargo operations.

The latest recertification was in March 2014, now according to the standard ISO 9001:2008
